Fantasy football superflex rankings5/19/2023 ![]() Nathan Peterman, Bears (QB24): We thank Justin Fields for his excellent season, but his season is over.ħ0. Not such a high bar with the team's QB play this season.Ħ8. Sam Howell, Commanders (QB23): Might as well see if he can play well. Should we assume Swift gets many touches?Ħ7. D'Andre Swift, Lions (RB18): Looked fantastic in Week 17. AJ Dillon, Packers (RB15): That's five consecutive games with a TD, and the Lions aren't exactly the '86 Bears.Ħ3. Doesn't mean you need to rely on him, though.ĥ8. Skylar Thompson, Dolphins (QB19): Someone has to play QB here. ![]() But the Seahawks have to win, so he should play.ĥ5. Tyler Lockett, Seahawks (WR19): Returned from hand injury and then he hurt his leg. If he can't go, Anthony Brown would likely start.Ĥ9. Tyler Huntley, Ravens (QB16): Be careful here, as Huntley will be a game-time decision. Jaylen Waddle, Dolphins (WR18): Still worthy of activation even with the QB troubles, and facing the Jets' defense.Ĥ7. Garrett Wilson, Jets (WR16): Seven catches on 20 targets the past two weeks. Sam Darnold, Panthers (QB12): Of course, the QB position is not exactly deep for superflex formats this week. DJ Moore, Panthers (WR13): Has touchdown catches in three consecutive games, but facing Saints presents issues.Ĥ0. Tony Pollard, Cowboys (RB11): Not expecting more than 15 touches, but he can do damage on 15 touches.ģ6. Nick Chubb, Browns (RB9): Solid season, though all 12 of his touchdowns came in the first 12 weeks.ģ5. Miles Sanders, Eagles (RB8): Eagles ran wild in first Giants meeting, and the Giants were playing their best then.ģ3. Mark Andrews, Ravens (TE1): Week 17 was his first decent game since October. Christian Watson, Packers (WR12): We warned you that when the touchdowns stopped, there wasn't much there. Little production and then, whoa, here comes his best game in a while.Ģ9. ![]() Amari Cooper, Browns (WR11): Kind of like Evans. Russell Wilson, Broncos (QB11): Well, only one more game, so that's the positive here.Ģ8. Brock Purdy, 49ers (QB10): His performance this season certainly forces 49ers to make some interesting offseason choices.Ģ6. Will we remember the great final weeks, or everything else?Ģ5. Cam Akers, Rams (RB5): Quite the turnaround. Dak Prescott, Cowboys (QB8): Cowboys have something to play for, but if Eagles are winning big, Prescott may sit second half.Ģ3. Herbert likely to finish outside of top-10 QB scorers this season.ġ9. Justin Herbert, Chargers (QB7): Scored only 8.4 PPR points in first Broncos battle. Brown, Eagles (WR6): Expected return of Hurts - and Giants sitting players - bodes well for Brown.ġ8. Aaron Jones, Packers (RB4): Do not overthink this just because Jones struggled in first Lions matchup. Play for free! | "Not Too Late" draft guideġ4. Have to think Chargers try to get him there.ġ0. Austin Ekeler, Chargers (RB2): Two more touchdowns and he gets to 20. Perhaps this is the week Rodgers finally reaches 20 PPR points. Aaron Rodgers, Packers (QB4): Win and they are in. Josh Allen, Bills (QB2): Assume the Bills offense - and defense - plays well in Week 18.ħ. Christian McCaffrey, 49ers (RB1): Should cap a fantastic season with 20-plus PPR points yet again, for fifth time in six games.ģ. He averages a league-best 26.4 PPR points.Ģ. Jalen Hurts, Eagles (QB1): Eagles desperate for his return. Regardless, good luck in this final week of the season!ġ. If your league is of the standard flex variety, just ignore the presence of quarterbacks. It might look odd to see the lowest-ranked fantasy passers ranked ahead of typical RB2 and WR2 options, but the potential scoring impact demands it. We know many of you now compete in superflex formats that invite/covet second quarterbacks in starting lineups, so these rankings account for that. Welcome to Week 18 of the NFL season and our weekly PPR fantasy football superflex rankings for 2022.
